Don't really have a name for this one but heres the recipe.

Deer steaks cut thick.
Red Onion
Taters
Large Portabella Mushrooms
Carrots
Lipton Onion Mix
Beef Broth
Vegetable Stock
Salt Pepper, Garlic, Peppercorn

Cover steaks with salt, pepper, garlic, and peppercorn.
Get pan very hot and blacken the steaks very quickly. Set aside.

Combine all above ingredients into dish. Toss in the meat and cover with aluminum foil. I like to place the large mushrooms on the top of everything and they turn out more "steamed" than cooked. Cook for several hours at 275-300 degrees. Uncover and enjoy. Serve over bowtie noodles or rice.
