Took a few photos today. The photos don't do justice, but, as I was saying in an earlier this was exactly the type of rain that we didn't need.
This was a view from my front yard.

This was driving down the road....the water to the right is a pond that is over flowing it's bank rushing into the road. The red to the left is a fire truck going to block the bridge we just drove over.

Wow, ya'll got hammered worse then I thought! Did that water subside in your front yard yet?

Yeah it went down, but it's back up again. They had another storm come through a few miles up the road which backed the drainage up in the creek across the road here. It'll go down. The worst is, everytime it does this.....that's when the snakes come out.

Here's another photo from the front door. The "stream" of water coming from the left is where the creek over run the road and started to fill up the front yard.
